We are a team of volunteers: psychologists, psychotherapists, therapists and coaches united by a shared passion for helping others.

Our specialists hold appropriate qualifications and remain in continuous professional development, regularly enhancing their skills and taking part in supervision. This allows them to provide professional care and tailor their approach to each client’s individual needs. Psychologist and psychotherapist currently undergoing training for psychotherapist certification at the Hanna Segal Institute of Psychoanalytic Studies. At PPA, serves as the coordinator of the Adult Counselling Service. Works at the Gdańsk Mental Health Centre and at the ISPHs Psychotherapy Clinic in Gdynia as a psychotherapist for children, adolescents and adults. Collaborates with the Aleksandra FOSA Social Support Foundation within a long-term psychotherapy support project. Previously collaborated on the “Niebieskie Trampki” project.

I am a Christian psychologist and I strive to ensure that my work aligns with Christian values. I completed a degree in psychology with a specialisation in clinical psychology, postgraduate studies in applied psychology with elements of crisis intervention and coaching, as well as training in systemic couples therapy. In my practice, I draw on cognitive behavioural therapy and schema therapy, having completed numerous specialist trainings in these approaches.

I gained experience as a psychologist at the Crisis Intervention Centre of MOPR in Szczecin and at the Independent Public Clinical Hospital No. 1 of the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin. As a psychotherapist, I worked at the Mental Health Clinic of the Ministry of the Interior and Administration in Szczecin and at the Mental Health Clinic of the Department of Psychiatry at the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin.

I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, shame, burnout, phobias, and those going through life or relationship crises.

At PUNO in London, as part of a PhD in social and intercultural psychology, I conducted research on Brexit. I provide Gestalt psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, cognitive behavioural therapy and person-centred therapy. I also teach in English schools.

Combines experience from Poland and England to support the development of children, young people and families. Professional interests include bilingualism, systemic therapy and crisis intervention.

Currently works in a day centre as a therapist supporting individuals with mental health conditions and offers individual online consultations. Professional interests include family relationships, psychological crises, anxiety and phobias.

I also provide counselling and anger management support within the school setting.

In my full-time role, I work professionally during the day, and after hours I develop my own training business, as well as organise meetings and workshops for Polish women in my city. Privately, I am a mother, a wife and a cat lover. I enjoy walks in the forest, the sound of the sea in the morning, and caring for the plants in my garden.
